All levels are welcome. This class mixes fitness with tap and jazz technique to challenge both the mind and body. Let's celebrate the joy of movement together!
Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga & pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredible effective way of working out. The last 15 minutes of class will be spent winding down and stretching with the practice of yoga.
All levels welcome!
This adult fitness class combines the benefits of ballet barre, cardio, and resistance training while focusing on the mind-body connection. Previous dance or ballet experience is not required; all levels welcome!
Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and optional light handheld weights (1-5 pounds).
