The Pre-Dance classes are designed with the needs of our smallest dancers in mind. They meet once a week for 45 minutes and introduce young dancers to the fundamentals of movement through the mediums of dance and tumbling. The primary goals of the Pre-Dance classes are developing coordination and spatial orientation, establishing a concept of rhythm and counting, supporting social skills such as sharing and cooperation, and encouraging creativity and self-exploration. Students must be potty-trained before enrolling in a Pre-Dance class.
